1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using StoveBoosting, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, card details, or account recovery credentials with StoveBoosting or in an order URL.
3. Service orders
The catalog describes available services, prices in Nigerian naira, order limits, and any service-specific refill information. Availability and service descriptions can change. Before placing an order, check that the service, quantity, destination URL, and displayed total are correct. You authorize us to send the selected service, URL, and quantity to a service fulfillment provider to carry out your request.
You must own or be authorized to submit the destination account or content. Keep the destination publicly accessible where the service requires it. Do not submit private credentials or links to content you are not authorized to use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use StoveBoosting to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, infringement, or other abusive or deceptive conduct. You must follow applicable laws and the rules of the social platforms and content owners involved. Do not attempt to bypass account security, interfere with the website, or misuse another person’s information.
Third-party social platforms are independent services. StoveBoosting does not control their systems, eligibility rules, recommendations, moderation, or feature availability. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for your account and for reviewing applicable platform rules.
5. Wallet and payments
Wallet top-ups are processed through Paystack. A top-up is credited only after the transaction is verified for the expected reference, amount, and currency. Current top-up limits are shown on the Add funds page and may change. Your wallet is denominated in naira.
When you submit an order, its displayed amount is reserved from your wallet while the provider processes the request. A successful order charge is recorded in your wallet ledger. You are responsible for checking the amount before submission.
6. Delivery, cancellations, and refunds
- Provider rejection: if the provider explicitly rejects an order, the reserved amount is returned to your StoveBoosting wallet.
- Unclear provider response: if a response is interrupted or the order status cannot be confirmed, funds may remain reserved while we check the order. Contact support with the order reference. Do not resubmit the same order until its status is clear.
- Cancellation: orders may be sent for processing soon after submission, so a cancellation may not be possible. Contact support promptly; cancellation depends on the order’s current status and provider options.
- Completed or partially delivered orders: these are not automatically refundable just because results differ from expectations. We will review reports of incorrect charges, provider errors, or service failures. Your mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
- Unused wallet balance: request a review through support. We will verify the account and transaction and explain any available refund options. The panel does not currently provide an automated wallet withdrawal feature.
7. No outcome guarantee
Unless a service listing expressly states a condition, we do not promise a particular start time, completion time, audience response, account growth, follower retention, reach, sale, or platform recommendation. A refill option, where shown, is subject to the listed service conditions and does not guarantee broader performance.
8. Suspension and availability
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. We may change or discontinue a service or feature. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.
9. Third-party services
Payments, hosting, social platforms, and service fulfillment may depend on independent third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability. StoveBoosting is not responsible for changes to third-party products that are outside our reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, StoveBoosting is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party platform changes, outages, or actions, or from your failure to provide a valid destination URL or follow service instructions.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the current version and effective date here. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without removing any mandatory protections available to you in your place of residence.
12. Contact
For questions, billing reviews, cancellation requests, or complaints, contact support@stoveboosting.store or use the in-account Support chat.
